Tundra Fonder – Monthly Letter January 2014

During January, Tundra Fonder announced the opening of a research office in Karachi, Pakistan, for coverage of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam and other frontier markets in the region. We take another step to deepen our commitment in frontier markets. Pakistan makes up approximately 45% of the MSCI Frontier Asia Index and is a natural base for the analysis of frontier markets.

Despite the global stock market turmoil in January, both Tundra Frontier Opportunities (+5.5% in SEK) and Tundra Pakistanfond (+9.7% in SEK) gave positive return during the past month.
