FUND MERGER COMPLETE

As of May 15th the merger of Tundra Rysslandsfond into Tundra Frontier Opportunities Fund is complete.

The merger does not affect unitholders in Tundra Frontier Opportunities Fund and is not expected to have any impact on the fund’s portfolio. In addition to any shares and cash held by Tundra Rysslandsfond, accrued income and liabilities will be merged into Tundra Frontier Opportunities Fund and will therefore not occur any dilutive effect for unitholders in Tundra Frontier Opportunities Fund.
